Can I delete buyer information?
YES, you can delete buyer information at any time. You may choose to keep it for future reference, or delete it if you feel it’s no longer necessary. However, please note that once the information is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Be sure to confirm before proceeding with deletion.
To delete buyer information:
| 1. | Navigate to TravelSCQM > Contact and locate the buyer you want to delete from the list. |
| 2. | Scroll to the right and click the button below Edit to view the buyer details. |
| 3. | After confirming the information, scroll down and click Delete, then confirm the action to complete the deletion. |
| 4. | The buyer has been successfully deleted. |
