In TravelSCQM, once a connection is completed, you may notice abbreviations like HP, PB, and SP in your transaction history. These terms are used to help you track connection credit details throughout your transaction process:
Please note that your point of view is always the Inviter, and the other party is the Accepter.
1. Both Credit by Inviter - HP (Help to Pay)
HP-Connect to: AiVA Vacation Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd (mean you are Inviter)
In your transaction history, HP indicates that you helped pay the credits for both the Inviter (yourself) and the Accepter (other party);
2. Both Credit by Accepter - PB (Paid By)
PB-Accept to: AiVA Vacation Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd (mean you are Accepter)
In your transaction history, PB indicates the credits for completing a connection were fully paid by the other party (Accepter), covering both their part and yours (Inviter);
3. Self-Paid Credit by Inviter & Accepter - SP (Self-Paid)
SP-Connect to: AiVA Vacation Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd (mean you are Inviter)
SP-Accept to: AiVA Vacation Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd (mean you are Accepter)
In your transaction history, SP indicates connection credits are paid separately by both parties, you (Inviter) and the other party (Accepter). “SP” will be also be showed in both parties’ transaction history.
