Tourist Guide User Manual

TravelSCQM – Tour Guide Module is a dedicated tour guide listing platform designed to provide travel agencies with easy access to tour guide contact details, service offerings, and related information.

This module is intended for information-sharing purposes only and does not manage, assign, or confirm tour guide bookings. All arrangements related to tour guide services—including contact, negotiation, booking confirmation, service scope, fees, and terms—are handled directly between the travel agency and the tour guide. TravelSCQM is not involved in these arrangements and does not assume responsibility for any agreements made.

Getting Started

1️⃣ Login
Goto https://travelscqm.com/member and login with your registered email address and password.


2️⃣Profile Setting
On the left hand side of the menu bar, click on the 「Profile」. Fill up all the neccessary information. 

3️⃣Service Setting
On the left hand side of the menu bar, click on the 「Tour Pack Costing」

Click on 「Edit」 to manage to the service informations.



Click on 「+ New Service」to add the services.  


Click on 「Update」to save.

How do I know if there is an inquiry?
Notification will be generated upon Travel Agency request for service from Tour Guide. All the agreements and booking will be solely responsible by the travel agency and tour guide.
