Why am I unable to export PDF, Excel & CSV?

Starter-tier users cannot access the export functionality for PDF, Excel, and CSV files.

If you can't access this function, you might be a Starter tier user. To enable this feature, you will need to upgrade your subscription to at least the Launch tier or higher. Please refer to How to upgrade/downgrade my subscription plan? for detailed instructions.
