Folder How to upgrade/downgrade my subscription plan?

TravelSCQM > Transaction/Order History > +Top Up Credit/Upgrade

 

1.

Select your member details (company name).

Scroll down to select your desired subscription plan. You can choose a plan that is either higher or lower than your current tier.

Select your preferred payment option:

Monthly: You will be charged automatically every month. You may cancel at any time or switch to a different plan. If you switch plans, the pricing for the new plan will apply immediately.

Yearly: Requires a one-time full payment for the entire year. It is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period. You can only switch to a different plan once the yearly period has expired.

Click Submit to save your changes.

If you selected the wrong option, click Clear All Selections to reset your choices before submitting.

 

6.

After submitting the request, please proceed with the payment by following the instructions provided in How to make a payment?.
