How to make a payment?

A payment is required when you top up credits, upgrade your subscription plan, or purchase add-ons. To make the payment, please pay via bank transfer using the following bank details:

• Recipient Reference: Your Order ID
• Remark: Your Member Code

Your Order ID will be generated once you have submitted the request. Please make sure you insert this Order ID in the Recipient Reference field when making the transaction. This helps us to verify and process your payment accurately.

After completing the transfer, please send the payment proof (receipt/screenshot) to us via WhatsApp at +60108483825 for verification.
