What is same billing cycle?

A billing cycle is the recurring period when the fee for subscription or add-on is calculated and charged. It may be monthly or yearly, depending on your selected payment option.

In TravelSCQM, if you purchase add-ons during an ongoing billing cycle, the system will only calculate the free for the remaining period of your current billing cycle. You next payment will still be charged on your original renewal date.

Example:

If you subscribed to TravelSCQM in 15 January 2024 with a yearly plan, your billing cycle will run until 14 January 2025.

Then you decide to purchase add-ons in 15 June 2024, you will only be charged a partial fee covering 15 June 2024 to 14 January 2025.

Starting 15 January 2025, the full payment for add-on purchase will be charged for the next billing cycle.
