  • Log in to your Supplier Dashboard

  • Go to “My Quotations”

  • Click on the confirmed quotation (status: Strike Deal)

  • Scroll to the message box to type and send updates, attachments, or reminders

This ensures that all communications are recorded in one place and tied directly to the deal.
