1. Fill up required information to add a new tour package:

There is no fixed format for the tour code. You may use your company’s preferred format. It can be numbers, letters, or a combination of both.

Example: 
Itinerary from your own travel agency
Tour Code: MY-PG0403-002

  • MY – Malaysia

  • PG – Penang

  • 0403 – 4 Days 3 Nights

  • 002 –  itinerary number 2

Customized itinerary for a specific client
Tour Code: MYABC-8D-Chongqing-20260310

  • MY – Request from Malaysia

  • ABC – Client company

  • 8D – 8-day itinerary

  • Chongqing – Covers Chongqing itinerary

  • 20260310 – Departure date (March 10, 2026)

You can follow your own company’s format for the tour name, and there is no restriction on length or structure. You can choose a name that best fits the package.
Select an itinerary language. (Single language for Starter, Launch, Growth package. Multi language for Advance package and above)
Select a date range of this tour itinerary.
Select an assignee (PIC) for editing this tour package.
Provide the destination details, including tour area, tour state, and tour country.
Select tour type and tour duration from the options. Selection of tour duration will determine the number of days reflected in the itinerary.
Airport In / Airport Out and City Start / City End are optional fields. However, filling them can improve the completeness and clarity of the tour package.
Select the tour package status, either prepare or complete, based on your current progress. Read this article to understand how to select the appropriate status.

Once all information is completed, click the "Add Tour Package" button below to add your tour package.

4 Click on the Day 1, day by day itinerary form will drop down. Fill up all mandatory (*) information.

Once all days itinerary details is completed, click on the "Update" button to save the progress.

Go to Tour Package Costing Tab > + New Tour Package Costing.

The Tour Package Costing module is an automated tour costing calculation tool designed to streamline your pricing process.

Please note that you can predefine component costs in the Preset Tourpack Costing section.
(This feature is available for Launch Membership and above.)

For Starter Membership, go to "Cost Structure" Tab and manually calculate and fill up all the costing for each

Fill in the details for Surcharge for Public Holidays & Peak Seasons, Other Costing Remarks, Policies for Children and Adults with Extra Beds, and Notices.

You may also upload any reference documents to the designated file repository.

Once completed, click “Update” to save your progress.

Fill in all relevant details for the tour, specifying what is included and excluded, such as attraction entrance tickets and services provided.

Once completed, click “Update” to save your progress.

9 Once all tour details are finalized, change the status from “Prepare” to “Completed”, then click “Update” to save the changes.
