The Local field is used for information written in your native language, while the English field is used for the same information in romanized English.
For example:
-
Local Name: 张学友
-
English Name: Jacky Cheung Hok-yau
This format applies to relevant fields such as Company Name, Person In Charge Name, Address, City, State, and Country.
What Can I Do?
You can enter the same information in both formats:
-
Local: Your native-language version
-
English: The romanized English version
Make sure the information is entered consistently in both fields wherever applicable.
Example
If your company name is written in your local language, enter the local-language name in the Local field and its romanized English version in the English field.
The same principle applies to your name, address, city, state, and country.
Important Notes
-
Use your native language for Local fields.
-

-
