Folder How to update staff information?

TravelSCQM > Staff > Edit

 

1.

Please complete the staff information:

  • Local & English Name
  • Position and Department
  • Contact and Email
  • Social Platforms (WhatsApp, WeChat, Line etc)

 

2.

Select Share this staff info to share the staff member’s information to be displayed on the Profile page, if necessary.

 

3.

Staff information for members selected to be displayed on the Profile page can also be edited directly from that page by clicking the staff member.

 

4.

Select Choose File to upload the staff photo, front and back of the name card.

 

5.

Click Update to save your information.

 


 

Note & Instructions:

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.
All uploaded files must be less than 500 KB in size.
For fields labeled 'Local' and 'English', please refer to What should be filled in the ‘Local’ and ‘English’ fields? for detailed guidance. 
Please note that the staff member’s information can be different from PIC 1 & PIC 2 listed in the Profile page.
