Why am I unable to add new staff?

If you are on the Starter or Launch tier, your account is limited to one user. You won’t be able to add additional staff members because the user limit has already been reached.

To add more staff, you’ll need to upgrade to at least the Growth tier. Only users on the Growth tier or above are eligible to purchase add-ons for extra user slots.
