Why am I unable to download PDF version of STI and Tour Package?

This feature is only available to users with Launch tier or higher membership plans. If you're currently on the Starter Tier, the option to download PDFs of STI and Tour Package will not be accessible.

To enable this feature, you will need to upgrade your subscription at least the Launch plan. Please refer to How to upgrade/downgrade my subscription plan? for detailed instructions.
