How to change my password?

This page will show you how to change your UrbanSoft account password safely and quickly. You will learn how to access the Change Password function, verify your current password, set a new password, and confirm the change.

When Do You Use This?

Use this function when you want to update your password for security purposes or when you simply want to replace your existing password with a new one.

Before You Start

You need:

• Make sure you can log in to your UrbanSoft account.

• Make sure you remember your current password.

• Prepare a new password that meets UrbanSoft's password requirements.

• Make sure you can access your UrbanSoft account before changing the password.

Precautions

• Enter your current password correctly to verify your identity.

• Make sure the new password meets all password requirements.

• Enter the same new password in the confirmation field.

• If you have forgotten your current password, use the password reset process instead.

Step-by-Step

1. Log in to your UrbanSoft account using your current email and password.

2. Scroll down to the Admin >> Staff section.

3. Select the staff account you want to update from the index table.

4. Click Edit to open the Staff page.

5. Select Change Password at the bottom.

6. Enter your current password to verify your identity.

7. Enter your new password and make sure it meets the required password rules.

8. Enter the new password again in the confirmation field.

9. Click Change Password.

10. Click OK to confirm the change.

Your password will be updated successfully after the confirmation.

Expected Result

Your UrbanSoft account will use the new password the next time you log in.

Important Notes

• You must know your current password before changing it.

• The new password must meet UrbanSoft's password requirements.

• If you cannot remember your current password, do not use this function. Follow the Forgot Password process instead.
