Can I use characters from other languages in my password?

No. UrbanSoft passwords only support English characters and numbers. Characters from other languages, such as Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai, are not supported in passwords.

What Can I Do?

When creating or changing your password, use only:

• English uppercase letters (A–Z)

• English lowercase letters (a–z)

• Numbers (0–9)

Avoid using characters from other languages in your password to make sure it can be accepted by the system.

Example

For example, Travel2026 uses English letters and numbers, so it can be used as a password.

A password containing Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, or other non-English characters will not be accepted.

Important Notes

• Only English letters and numbers are supported.

• Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, and other non-English characters cannot be used.

• Make sure your password also meets the other password requirements, such as the minimum length.
