After you've added a tour package, the next step is to complete all the necessary tour information to make the package usable and ready to present. There are five sections you need to complete:

1.

Itinerary
Fill in the daily itinerary details, tour movement (city to city), hotel location, hotel star ratings, meal options, and meal cost per pax.

 

2.

Cost Structure
Complete fields such as "Price Valid Between" (indicating the validity period of the package pricing), season type, quote currency, tour guide language, number of pax (based on coach capacity with ideal rates), surcharges, other costing remarks, child/adult policy (with or without extra bed), and additional notices.

 

3.

Package Include & Exclude
Specify what is included and excluded, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner, coach service, tipping, attraction tickets, tour guide languages (including additional language fees), hotel accommodation, bottled water, and other exclusions.

 

4.

Highlight
Add detailed descriptions of confirmed attractions and activities to make the tour package more attractive and informative.

 

5.

Meal Supplement
Provide additional details about the meals, such as restaurant names, signature dishes, or unique dining experiences.

 

Once you've filled in all sections, remember to click Update to save your changes. This ensures your tour package is fully completed and ready to use or send out as a quotation.

► All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.
