Folder What does B2B and B2C Default mean in the Setting page?

In the Setting page, the B2B Default and B2C Default sections allow you to set internal due dates for quotation processes to help manage progress more effectively.

B2B Default

When you are the supplier and someone requests a quotation, the B2B Default sets an internal deadline (e.g., 5 days left) for your team to send out the quotation. This helps you track how much time is left to respond. The requester can also view the progress to know how many days remain.

B2C Default

When a buyer requests a quotation from you, you can set an internal deadline for your team to send the quotation. Since the buyer does not have access to TravelSCQM, this due date is only visible internally as a reminder to help your team manage time efficiently.
